Processing time
Orders are typically processed within 1-3 business days. Cricket bats requiring knocking-in or custom preparation may take additional time, which will be communicated to you directly.

Willow Cutters is not liable for delays caused by couriers, customs, weather, or other circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
