Refund policy

At Willow Cutters, we want you to be happy with your purchase. This policy applies in addition to your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.

Change of mind returns
We accept returns for change of mind within 14 days of delivery, provided the item is unused, in its original condition, and in its original packaging with tags attached. Change-of-mind returns are at the customer's expense for return shipping, and a restocking fee may apply to cricket bats that have been knocked in or oiled at the customer's request.

Faulty or damaged items
If your item arrives faulty, damaged, or not as described, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at infowillowcutters@gmail.com with photos of the issue and your order number. In line with the Australian Consumer Law, you are entitled to a repair, replacement, or refund for a major failure, and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage.

How to start a return
Email infowillowcutters@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return. Once approved, we will provide return instructions. Refunds are processed to the original payment method within 5-10 business days of us receiving the returned item.

Sale items
Items purchased on clearance or final sale are not eligible for change-of-mind returns unless faulty.
